Q: Where can I learn more about your mission and about the products you carry?
A: We were founded as a sustainable-focused boutique in early 2021 that carries a mix of vegan, handmade, vintage, and eco-friendly products, primarily female-designed or made. We invite you to read more here.
Q: How does Blue Urbane give back?
A: We donate 1% of our proceeds to the Honnold Foundation, which helps develop solar energy, a sustainable and renewable energy source, all over the world to underfunded communities. To find out more, click here.
Q: I'm interested in an item that's sold out. Will it be restocked?
A: Please note all vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind and will not be restocked. We do restock some seasonless and bestselling items so feel free to sign up for the "When It's Back in Stock" alert on the individual product page or email us at info@blueurbane.com.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: All orders over $75 receive free shipping (the Continental United States only).
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship all orders via USPS. Orders with standard ground shipping will be processed within 1-2 business days. First Class Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on your location. Orders are shipped out of New York, NY.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently, we offer domestic shipping in the United States only.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We must receive your return within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Please note returns must be scent free, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your packaging slip with the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Q: If I need to return my item, does Blue Urbane pay for the shipping?
A: No, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: What happens if I want to exchange my clothing item for a different size?
A: You must return your unwanted item to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
Q: What happens if my item is damaged/defective when it arrives?
A: All defective/damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving.
